Getting into a psychology program in graduate school?

Can anyone give me any advice here?

I'm attending a CSU and would really like to attend graduate school after and begin a career researching Austism. However, I did not come to this realization until after 1 1/2 years of undergrad, which I spent most of my time slacking off and being an idiot.

Now, I am trying to turn it around. I currently have a 3.0 GPA and hope to graduate with a 3.7 or 3.8, however, could be as low as around a 3.3.

What are my chances of getting into a graduate school in a psychology program? I am looking primarily at Davis right now because of its location and top reputation. However, would be willing to attend any upper-tier grad school.

Do I have a shot at getting in? What does my GPA need to be? What else do I need to do? Tests? Etc?

I would be greatly thankful to anyone who can shed some light.
